Top Tennis Court Resurfacing in Texas

Bring new life to the court you already have. Most owners don’t need a full rebuild, just the right mix of repairs and resurfacing for safe, great-looking play.

Slab and Drainage Check First
step 1
Before any coating
The most important part of a tennis resurface happens before the coating. We check movement at every crack, flood-test for birdbaths and confirm the court still drains one direction. Post-tension courts almost always qualify. Older rebar and asphalt courts usually do, with more repair line items.
Crack Stitching and Leveling
STEP 2
Priced per foot
Shrinkage cracks get acrylic filler. Wider or moving cracks get a reinforced fabric membrane so the crack can move without breaking the coating. Birdbaths are leveled with acrylic patch binder in thin lifts until water no longer stands. Neglected courts sometimes need full leveling compound, which is identified and priced during the assessment.
Resurfacer, Color Coats and Lines
step 3
Laykold · SportMaster · DynaFlex · Acrytech
Pressure wash, silica-sand acrylic resurfacer for traction, two color coats in any scheme including US Open blue and green, then regulation striping. We select the surface supplier that fits the court. Each coat goes on thin and dries before the next. About a week of dry weather for a full court and playable 48 hours after lines.
Cushioned Upgrade
Add during resurface
A cushioned resurface adds rubber-granule layers under the color coats that soften impact and slow the ball slightly. It is the most common upgrade during a resurface because the prep is already paid for. Cushion X, ProCushion and Grizzly Court by DynaFlex are available.
Add Pickleball Lines
Easy add during a resurface
Adding lines is easy. Most resurfacing work is foundation and surface prep, making a second set of lines a small addition. Two pickleball courts fit across the tennis net, or four with it removed, using a second color so tennis lines stay white.
 Slab and Drainage Check First

Use our court designer to test new colors, borders, and line layouts before resurfacing your tennis, basketball, or pickleball court.
